Fees range from $100 a year flat fee +10% of gross rental income for full time rentals, to $480 a year flat fee + 20% of gross rental income for vacation rentals. Most vacation rentals must be rented out for 28 days or more at a time due to a local by-law, unless the home is located in a commercial zone.
